Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days after receipt. If 5+ days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

As our products are custom-made for our clients we will only allow replacements for defective products. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be defective when received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, pictures of defect and documentation of concern.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior return authorization.

There are certain situations where no replacements are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after receipt 
Any item after the date of event
Any item after production is complete, if custom-made for customer

Replacements (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and sent to you, within a specified timeframe by management. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rhprintsco@gmail.com and send your item to: 2184 Wedgewood Asbury Iowa US 52002.

Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited on returns that are not compliant with our refund policy,

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
